Mr. Bernard Bradley, Sr Vice President of De Beers (Sales) Botswana, inaugurated the Lexus-Technomist Botswana operations on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Lexus-Octonus (Technomist) Group is the backbone of the entire diamond industry, from rough diamond planning to grading, and the entire chain of diamond manufacturing to the sales of real gem-quality diamonds. They have one of the largest numbers of innovative and unique machines/technologies, software, and online cloud platforms, with the world's most advanced and hi-tech instruments. Their partners and colleagues have been catering to the diamond industry for over 30 years.

Now, they have set up their service and support in Botswana - an office in the premier and most secured location of Gaborone, the DTP (Diamond Technology Park), in Suite 205 in Atrium.

They support the entire southern African region, including Botswana, Namibia, Angola, and South Africa, for the necessary service and support for all De Beers sight holder companies, GIA lab, and De Beers itself. • IDI (Indian Diamond Institute) and Lexus SoftMac conducted a 5 days short Training cum Awareness Program on topic “Smart AnyCut (Fancy shape Asymmetric Smart Recut)” for the trade from 30th Sep, 2019 to 04th October, 2019 at IDI, Katargam, Surat. The whole objective was to help artisans add value thru maximizing mass while still retaining high Fire/Brilliance and Optical Symmetry for fancy shape diamonds.
